2024 Year in Review: A Year of Growth, Learning, and Connection
As I reflect on the past year, I am filled with gratitude and excitement for the incredible experiences and opportunities that have shaped me into a tri-sector professional, spanning the private, NGO/business, and public sectors.
A Year of Accountability and Achievement
This year, I committed to a year-long accountability program, which helped me stay focused and driven. I successfully delivered on several key projects, including the Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship (EPLF) and the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LILA). I also completed the Gloriouswills Ushering Services (GWUS) Q1 training and launched the Profitable Usherpreneur University Book Tour, which kicked off at Covenant University (CU) Ota.
Connections, Travel, and Media Features
These experiences have allowed me to meet new people, travel across the country, and enjoy media features. Some highlights include:
- Attending the Ministry of Information and Strategy training for Public Relations officers
- Participating in the Lagos State Government Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation's Annual Conference on Women, Peace, and Security
- Hosting a conference on Gender-Based Violence for the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI)
- Showcasing entrepreneurs' skills acquisition programs at the MWAPA conference room
- Celebrating International Women's Day with various events and features on Serah Kassim and Berah Kassim
- Managing the NBA Conference Lagos State Booth (Sanwo-Olu House) and engaging in civic activities with EPLF
- Launching the Profitable Usherpreneur book tour at Covenant University
Gratitude and Appreciation
I am thankful for the incredible opportunities, connections, and experiences that have shaped my journey this year. I appreciate the support of my clients, partners, and team members at Gloriouswills Ushering Services (GWUS), who have consistently shown up and delivered exceptional service.
As I look forward to the new year, I am excited to build on these experiences, deepen my connections, and explore new opportunities for growth, learning, and impact. Thank you for being part of my journey! #Gratitude #Reflection #NewYear
